For my baba 87, Blood clots are coming out in catheter and feeling urge of urination but is obstructed and feeling restless.urine is overflowing by the side of the catheter

He may be having clot retention due to obstruction of catheter wit the clots.he require Moe detailed clinical evaluation by a urologist for cause of such condition.hospitalisation with endoscopic clot removal may be required
