There could be Many causes for this like diabetes, occlusion of blood vessels etc
It is very difficult to comment without examining you

Retinal hemorrhage at the age of 30 yrs is rare without any systemic or any local ocular cause, not possible to advise without physical examination ,please consult some local retina specialist.
