I have a blocked nose and a little dry coughing. Also I have a sore throat. I have been gargling but to no effect. I have since the past two days.

it is viral cause .it does not require any medication.cough syrup -benadryl for the cough and otrivin nasal drops for the nose twice daily for a week. also consult a doctor near by if no relief.
