You didn't mention how long these medicines are being used. Usually 5 days of these medicines are sufficient. Arter 5 days only one antibiotic is sufficient for another 5-7 days. Do steem inhalation twice daily. Warm salt water gargles thrice daily. Drink 3-4 litres of warm water in a day. Eat only hot food. Take nothing cold or straight from fridze.
