Blocked nose .
I have blocked nose always since I was 17 years . And there is nasal drip also . The nastril on side i sleep remains blocked and when i shift other side other one blocks after couple of minutes . Occasionally i also feel sore throat and cough .But generally no other issue , no headache . But my eyes are also itching . When i use budanese i feel good but soon after i leave i experience same . What could be issue . Can nasal polyp be the reason .

You need to get a CT scan of Nose and PNS done and a Nasal Endoscopy done to arrive at an exact diagnosis. Meanwhile u can use flutiflo ft nasal spray 2 puff in each nostrils twice daily and prulastin m 1 hr before or 2 hrs after meal for 1 week

You have more of physiological nose block. Nasal decongestant will be helpful. If issue persist please get a Diagnostic nasal endoscopy done and review
