I have been suffering from blocked nose and sinuses. I'd like to know if neti pots are effective in clearing nasal passage.

First it has to be made clear whether you have mechanical blockage ( devaited nasal septum ) etc or is it just a functional blockage. Consult your ENT SURGEON. He will show you the way. Dr Sandeep Dachuri
