Blocked nose
I found my nose blocked. went to doc and diagnosed that my sinus is blocked. first i used antibiotic and otrivin drops. now doc gave nasonex spray and one medicine zyrtec.

You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays, that's what doctor has given. There is no permanent cure for this condition and physical exercises can be of some benefit
