Blocked nose from one side and cold
I have blocked nose from one side and cold from 3 months. I'm taking sinarest and now I've recovered from cold a bit.
Can i take supradyn and sinarest altogether?

You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. Since your allergy seems to be seasonal shorter course also may be sufficient. Supradyn is a multivitamin and can be taken along with sinarest
