Blocked nose and sinusitis
Can you advise any medicines for getting rid of Sinusitis and Blocked Nose. I am required to use Otrivin Nasal Spray daily, which is not advisable.
Suggest oral medication.

•Sir, you can use Otrivin-S nasal drops followed by steam inhalation. It wont cause any issues.
•Also start the tablet and nasal spray as mentioned by the previous doctor.
•Followed by Diagnostic nasal endoscopy/Xray PNS /CT Scan PNS.
•Depending in the severity of sinusitis, treatment varies.
•Severe cases surgery is needed.Mild ones can be controlled with medication itself.
