Blocked ear
Ear seems to be blocked but no pain. Tried wax removal and valsalva manoeuvre didn't work. Any suggestions?

You seem to be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. It usually resolves spontaneously after few days. Initially valsalva may not be effective but will work if do it regularly
