Blockage of arteries
This is regarding an enquiry related to my father's health. We have been suggested bypass surgery by the doctor. Patient has no past background related to heart issue. Since last 1 week my father was feeling slight pain in the chest and for the same he visited the hospital where after all the tests Dr told us that all 3 major arteries are blocked by upto 90%. Since my father hasn't faced anything related to heart before is it possible that such an extreme thing has occurred and also right now he is not feeling any such pain or something. So I wanted a second opinion should we go for the surgery or not. Please suggest something for the same thankyou.

Heart illnesses are often silent however in ur case it is not silent since ur father had chest pain ! Blockages in coronaries is a chronic process-and presents with symptoms only when they are significant So yes your father needs revascularisation
