I am facing bloating pain after having meals daily with flatulence and burping.?? Pain lasts longer about 2hours. Is this happen.?? If yes then how to treat it..?

It seems to be due to Acid reflux and gas formation. Avoid oily and spicy food, soda and aerated drinks. Avoid tea/coffee especially empty stomach. Take multiple small meals rather than few large meals. Avoid fasting for too long. Walk for atleast 15 min after every meal. Take pan mps solution twice a day before food.
