Bloating and burping
Medical issue: Hi I am 28 years old male. I am suffering  from bloating issue from 3 weeks and burping issue. I have been prescribed Nexpro L for 10 days. This is my 6th day into medication.  I feel only 30% better. Past history: Bp normal sugar normal Diet: I workout from 3 months n my diet usually contains whey protein 30g 5 eggs 4 cups of tea rice chapathi etc. Now Doctor has a asked me to stop whey protein. I have stopped from 1 week. I am planning to stop milk also completely and tea too. Question: If I stop eating whey and milk it will affect my calorie intake and I will lose muscle gains. Kindly suggest some diet which is easy on stomach and also packs high protein and calories. Also I am not understanding what food is triggering the problem Thanks.
