Hello doctors. Since the past 2-3 months, I have been experiencing severe bloating after each meal especially dinner. I have found a few items like milk products which give me acidity and bloating and have stopped consuming them. But even then, I am bloated very frequently after each meal. I exercise regularly, drink a lot of water and also do not eat fast food (but I drink coffee and eat sweets). Please tell me what I should do to relieve the excessive bloating after meals. Thanks. I am F, 34
