Blisters around neck

Asked for Female, 37 Years

I notice blisters like formation around the neck. Its very itchy. There's no water formation yet. Its all red and has spread over neck line. I was wearing a gold chain n hv removed it as it all started with itching and has spread all over neck. Please recommend any ointment for speedy recovery. Thank you.
