My 3 year old daughter is frequently blinking her eyes.she use mobile phone's to watch cartoon.is this a serious issue. Because of this I use to hide my mobile phones

Hello Frequent blinking is suggestive of dryness or refractive error Try A.cold compresses B.  Use lubricating eyedrop frequently Consult local paediatric ophthalmologist and get eye sight examined Regards
