Hi, will you pls explain wt is blighted ovum and wt could be the reasons for this. And in a pregnancy vn it can be detected and when the heart beat developed for embryo

Heart beat develop at 7 weks. If there is no sign of fetal pole in the gestational sac then it is called as blighted ovum or missed abortion. U will have to abort the pregnancy in such a situation. It can be done by taking pills also.
