Asked for Female, 27 Years

I noticed a tiny dark circles scab looking thing on my vigil lip. So I scrape it off and instantly started to bleed and is still bleeding. I thought if I squeeze it, it would all come out and stop bleeding. But it hasn't and I have no idea what it could be.
