Hello, Do get treated from a dermatologist for dandruff on scalp if any. Do consult an ophthalmologist for proper diagnosis and grading the severity of your problem. Then u can apply hot fomentation on closed eyelids for 10 mins followed by cleaning lid margin and eyelashes with help of johnson baby shampoo(to remove the dandruff like substance) then wash off the soap. Followed by ocupol dx eye ointment to be applied on lashes and lid margin. Do this in d same order for 3 weeks and get reassessed by your doctor. Use lubricating eyedrops like refresh liquigel 4 times a day in both eyes. Your ophthalmologist may decide to put u on a course of oral azithromycin based on severity.
