Blepharitis and red eyes

Hello, i have flakes formation at the bottom of eye lids , i am cleaning it with baby shampoo but it is recurring can i use neosporin or any ointment to decrease the dandruff formation. Thank you.

Good morning, thank you for your query. You can use an mild steroid antibiotic eye ointment twice daily for a short course only and observe. Regular eye cleaning is a must. If not decreasing please see an ophthalmologist for further treatment.
