Bleeding with UTI

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My UTI keeps recurring; this is the 4th time in the last 8 months. I've observed that it happens when I don't urinate right after sexual intercourse. This time, however, I'm also bleeding when I urinate. I intended to continue the same treatment as the last times but after seeing blood, I'm worried. Should I continue or is this a different problem?
