Bleeding while sexual intercourse

Sir, Iam from kerala and currently working in abroad. I am married and having a kid. He is 5 years old. The problem is for my spouse(23yr). I am reached my native now after 1 year abroad life. When i have sex with my wife yesterday for the first time in last one year. She got heaviely bleeding. Like defloration. This is not her periods time. And she having pain too. She is refusing to consult a doctor here. She is weird too. What can I do now.? Is there anything to do.?

If she s bleeding heavily u need to gt her examined.. Probably she has got some injury or there could be some polyp due to which bleeding has occurred.. She needs to get an ultrasound pelvis done too. Without examination its difficult to tell the reason for this.
