Bleeding while intercourse

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have noticed that I bleed whenever we have intercourse, specially when he uses fingers. We always make sure that there is enough foreplay and lubrication. He doesn't have nails. I bleed a lot whenever he uses his fingers. I'm worried about this. It isn't normal, is it? Also, This is not my first time.
