Bleeding while intercourse

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I had my first time in June, 2017. I have been sexually active since then. I have noticed that I bleed whenever we have intercourse, specially when he uses fingers. He doesn't have nails, but still I bleed a lot! I'm worried about this. It isn't normal, is it?
