Bleeding through throat

Recently I am observing dat there is blood in my spit... I have done some blood test and sputum test also ... As per the reports everything is normal but still I am having blood in my spit... I dont fall sick regularly, I dont smoke and drink, I dont get cold easily, ...kindly suggest steps dat I need to take.. Thank u...
