  4. Bleeding spots. Push through it?

M 7 weeks 5 days pregnant yesterday night I got bleeding spots doctor suggested ultrasound scan today mng ,she said everything is fine but need bed rest ...she suggested susten 200 capsules ,place this tablet through Virginia my doubt is directly place inside the virgina ? After 1 hour am I remove that capsule or complete push through it ? Please give proper process
