Bleeding since almost a month

I'm having my periods since a month. It's always been irregular. And I've severe stomach ache. And I've been taking pause 500. I'm not sure about the dosage too

The dosage is tab pause 500 mg 2 tablets in the morning 2 in the afternoon and 2 in the night for 3 days(till bleeding reduces ) then 1 in the mornin afternoon and night for another 5 days .
