I have bleeding in rectum and now blood clot can out what can I dowhat can i take

If u r bleeding per rectally you need to get urself examined to rule out ny anal fissure or haemorrhoids or nything else. Try hvng a laxative so that u r not constipated and also if too much bleed consult a surgeon immediately
