Bleeding problem. Medication to stop.

I had spontaneous abortion in may of 16 weeks.. after i had positive there was light spotting and two ultrasound scans didnt show heart beat or sac... they told this will not work out ... after that i had bleeding for 10 days and it stopped with little clots after that scan didnt show any residue ..  In june i got my period in 28 days but didnt stop so they gave pause tablet that also didnt stop then progesterone 10 mg for 10 days bleeding stopped . This month i am having bleeding todays its 6th day usually my period ends in 5th day but this time there is no sign of that flow is not decreasing please help with this i am having lower abdominal pain hip and tired.. please help with any medication to stop.
