Asked for Female, 34 Years

I am having periods for 10 days.i took pause for 3 days but bleeding didnt completely stop. Can i take progestin 10 mg .. then how many days i shld take .. last month as i stopped next period cans Past two months its heavier than usual as i had spontaneous abortion in May .there is no product of conception.. last month they prescribed pause for 3 days then progestin for 10 days ..
