Am 22 yr old girl
It's been 5-6 years am suffering from this internal piles (when I went for motion so in my anal hole little pea shaped pile mass appears after loo and plus bleeding)😫
Whenever I went for loo . I have to sit for a long time in toilet and even after spending much time motion doesn't come automatically . this is embarrassing to tell I need to put finger inside to take this out and with that blood comes am so tensed and worried about my this problem. I am suffering from constipation , obesity ,and other health issues( feeling weighted /pain after loo ,back pain or leg pain for sitting much time in washroom , bad breath , irregular periods and its pain , become lazy and little farsightedness due to usage of phone at night😑. My lifestyle becomes sedentary 😭. I want to become fit and healthy . please guide me for further..
