Bleeding in urethra and vaginal

Asked for Female, 19 Years

Since yesterday I started bleeding when I go to the bathroom. I have pain in the urethra and in the bottom of the abdomen when I go use the toilet. Today I started bleeding in both, urethra and in the vagina. It's not blood from the menstruation. I went to a pharmacy and they told me it was an blaas infection, but I don't know if this is normal
