Bleeding in pregnancy

I am having dark brown light spotting during 10 weeks 3days pregnancy..i took susten 200 1 day bt still i have light brown spotting on 2nd day..bt i am aaked to take tablet for 30 days..i am taking.. How long it takes to stop spotting??? Today(2nd day of taking tablet) i have light cramp in my right abdomen.. i am also taking folic acid tablet.. when will my spotting stop?

spotting is not good with a baby inside. if you are spotting in spite of medicines better reconfirm the heart beat and presence of subchorionic hemorrhage if any in ultrasound scan as soon as possible
