I am facing this issue since last 2 days how will I know is it fissure or piles and do I need to operate it or go for colonscopy

If it’s painless bleeding, chances of it being haemorrhoids (piles) is more You need to get yourself examined and then the surgeon can decide about the surgery part Colonoscopy as such is not required if it’s piles / fissure
