Bleeding in early pregnan

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I am second month pregnant and bleeding since 4 days I consulted doctor they did EPS and gave HCG injection and some tablets. Doctor suggested complete bed rest I wanted know why bleeding is happening

And it might be because if complicated development of placenta, infection of the uterus, trauma, rupture of the membranes won't cause bleeding but leakage of white discharge.
