Blood come from...anus...pain also....what is d reason..this is first time...at night she will take some spicy food...next day morng...she have pain in anus...and blood coMing in stool...is it piles....

Yes, this is a most likely case of internal piles or hemorrhoids. It presents with bleeding per anus and pain most commonly. Consult any general surgeon urgently. Loss of blood may cause you anemia. So hurry up. Take care. May God bless you.
