Bleeding from Urethra

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Today I check that i have some blood in my undergarment, I observed that little bleed from my Urethra part of vagina, this is not menstrual bleed coz last menstrual end in just 21 days ago, what is this. I am worry about that, no continue bleeding,
