Bleeding from skin tag
Hi all, I have a history of fissures, external and internal hemorrhoids. Since a few months after constipation, I have had intermittent bleeding. When I saw the region, it had a pointy protrusion inside which there's bleeding and a lesion. What could be this? Can External Hemorrhoids get abrasion and bleed? It gets swollen and then bleed with a lesion

Your photo suggests internal and external hemorrhoids. More of internal piles. Both can cause bleed. Internal ones bleed more commonly.
