I've been having vagania bleeding for about 7 months now and I wanna know why and what can I do to stop it

You have to consult your gynaecologist . You need blood work up and ultrasound to rule out fibroid . - you have get your haemoglobin checked . - To stop bleeding take Tab trapic Mf 4 times a day and taper the dose until bleeding stops .
