Today I have bleeding from anus during toilet but no pain observed during the bleeding.Bleeding blood color was bright red.

Get clinical examination done by a general surgeon . Simple tests like per rectal examination and proctoscopy may also be required. If piles(haemorroid )present,one has to assess number,degree and condition of the haemorroids. Treatment as per findings. General measures including avoid constipation, avoiding exertion in passing stool.more fiber in diet and mild emollients help
