Bleeding during intercourse.

Asked for Female, 35 Years

Hi, my age is 35, I m a mother of two grown up kids age 15 n 13. From the past few months. Everytime during intercourse I bleed. Doc suggested for PAP smear test and TVS ultrasound. Report attached. Pls help me understand this issue.i am really worried. Thanks much
