Bleeding due to birth control mid pack.

As i have been diagnosed by  pcos pattetns in ultrasound few days back so i consulted two doctors Dr. 1st guided me really bad due to lack of experience and gave me lots of medicine and test so have gone through that for 2 days after that i felt to consult some other dr. With a great experience she told me that you just need to change your lifestyle now the problem is 1st dr. Gave me birth control "krimson 35" i had that pill for 2 days before i consulted my  2nd dr. As she suggested me not to take any medication and just focus on changing my lifestyle. Now after stopping krimson just after 2 pills i got slight bleeding on 28th nov. And after 30th November till date i am bleeding with cramps and slightly heavy bleeding(consuming 2-3 pads in 24 hours)  as compared to my previous periods. I want to know what i am facing and how can i neutralize my bleeding. When will it stop moreover can i take ibuprofen because of excessive pain.?
