Bleeding between periods

Asked for Female, 36 Years

I have continues bleeding issue between periods especially 9th to 12th days. I had pepsmear test also 6 months ago. Nothing diagnose. Should I visit doctor again or ignore. I also frequently have white accumulation in vagina followed by itching which got resolved with regular vaginal wash
