Bleeding between periods

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hi, I had my last period on jan/06 on cycle day 17 and 19 i had light red bleeding and on 20th day of cycle i have brown discharge, i am taking tablets for thyroid, is this anything to worry? My period cycle is 29 days.Can you advice on this
