Bleeding between norethisteron course

Asked for Female, 23 Years

A doctor prescribed me norethisteron tablets for three days as I missed my periods and to bring the periods back,as I have pcod. I started taking it from yesterday but now some bleeding is happening in between,so what to do? Should I continue taking the tablets or stop them? Is this a normal period
