I had bleeding 14 days before my period and it was enough to fill my panties. This happened only once. I do have a picture of it. It appeared to be a very bright red.

U need to get ur pap smear done and an ultrasound lower abdomen to see for any PCOs or any other pathology , sometimes if it is a miscarriage then also bleeding happens all of a sudden with heavy flow ,for any further information or assistance you may get back to us.
