Bleeding and Cramps - Not Period

I have taken Cerazette (Progestogen only pill) for 2 years now, i have had no problems or periods in that time, and no gaps in taking it. I have had a minor Cervical ectropion before but that has cleared up. Last wednesday i had sex and it was fine (no pain) however the next day i began having brown discharge, like the end of a period.
