Bleeding again after two days of my date

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I am 29 years old recently gave birth to a baby girl. She is 5 months old now. Last 20th of April got my periods upto 24th . Now again after 2days iam bleeding with a pain. I don't understand why it is happening again
