Bleeding after intercourse

Hello so iv recently had an issue iv been bleeding after intercourse first it was justa little then most recently was 2 days ago and the bleeding hasn’t stopped it’s kind of light brown and I know it’s not my period because I shouldn’t get it for about 3 more weeks and I researched online it said maybe it could be signs of an sti but I got checked very recently and came back negative. Could he have hurt something?Is it something to be very concerned? Last time having sex There was a bit of pain
