Bleeding after first sex

Hi I’m a 19 year old female and yesterday during the day i had sex for the first time. I’ve been fingered several times before and also have been using tampons for years. When i was first entered it hurt pretty bad and during intercourse there was a decent amount of blood. It stopped to hurt after the first few minutes just continued to bleed. After we finished we went out and a few hours later my underwear was soaked in blood. No pain just blood. Then after i changed i was fine the rest of the
